Virtually any material handling equipment company can service our heavy duty palet jack. Most of the technology and components are industry standard. We stock many of the parts in our Seattle warehouse.

Your heavy duty pallet jack will be delivered securely attached to a pallet. If you do not have a truck height loading dock, you will need either a pallet stacker / forklift to unload the truck or we can arrange a truck with a liftgate (extra charge) for delivery.

There will be some assembly required. All of the required parts are included and well as complete assembly instructions.

Sorry, we only ship under our own freight accounts. We used to allow customer arranged shipping but found ourselves taken advantage of in too many ways. In order to maintain our low prices, we no longer can afford to deviate from our process. Also, since we ship out of several different warehouses we cannot offer local pickup.

We collect sales tax on equipment delivered within the State of Washington.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Checks (held for 7 business days), wire transfers, and Paypal. We can issue you pro-forma invoice or quote and reference your internal PO# but we do require complete payment at time of order.

We ship all of our equipment including heavy duty pallet jack trucks to virtually every continent and country.
